A new Mandarin Oriental property is on its way to debuting in Dallas.
The new property is slated to have 176 guestrooms and suites, four restaurants and bars, a lounge in the lobby and a specialty restaurant. The property has other standard amenities like a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
The property expands past temporary accommodations, however. The building will house 100 residences on the upper floors. Private resident amenities include private gardens, a club lounge and an exclusive outdoor pool.
“Mandarin Oriental, Dallas and the Residences at Mandarin Oriental will provide guests and owners with a range of luxurious amenities coupled with world-class service for which the Group is renowned,” said James Riley, group chief executive, Mandarin Oriental.
The new building is in a 25-story tower in the Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas. It is expected to open in 2022.
