Infiniti Bar at Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos, the longest bar in the Caribbean, recently underwent a massive transformation and officially reveals its new look to guests. Renovated by distinguished designer Young Huh, Infiniti Bar sets a new standard in drinking and dining by the sea.

The 90-foot-long bar along famed Grace Bay Beach now boasts a sleek white and gold mosaic countertop and green terrazzo accents, all of which complement the turquoise waters beyond. In addition to the bar’s physical renovation, Infini Bar’s elevated menu also showcases new items. Guests can expect fresh seafood flown in from Japan for expertly prepared sushi. The bar also offers premium sake pairings. Other dishes include shrimp tempura and crispy lobster roll.

In the realm of cocktails, guests can indulge in an array of signature drinks, categorized as pre-dinner, signature and after-dinner. Pre-dinner drinks include Aperol spritz and St. Germain spritz. Infiniti Bar’s signature cocktails, meanwhile, involve Fresh Berry Colada (coconut rum, coconut milk, pineapple juice and fresh berries); Watermelon Crush (fresh watermelon, fresh lime, Woody Creek vodka and club soda); and Grace Bay Resort’s 30^th Anniversary Cocktail (whiskey, coconut rum, lime juice, cinnamon and pineapple).

Take in the sunset with an after-dinner drink like a crème brulée martini or coconut white Russian. Infiniti Bar also boasts an extensive beer and wine selection.

The resort’s bar isn’t the only spot to have undergone a multimillion-dollar renovation. Off Shore, a new beach club concept serving Caribbean-inspired tacos and chilled rosé, also debuts a new look. Guests can also expect upgraded villa suites with spacious oceanfront terraces, fully equipped kitchens, modern amenities and water views.
