Set on Washington’s San Juan Island, the Lakedale Resort at Three Lakes released its line-up for this summer’s Gourmet Glamping series. The series features two nights of gourmet campfire cookouts led by top Pacific Northwest chefs. This year, Seattle chefs Brian Clevenger of Vendemmia and Ericka Burke of Volunteer Park Café and Chop Shop will be on site for the series. The property expanded its “glampground” with six new canvas cottages, available May to September. The Gourmet Glamping experiences take place June 11 and July 16, each with fun-filled evenings of camping in luxury at the resort’s fully furnished, lavish canvas cabins and cottages, complete with pillow-top beds, turn-down service and high-end linens. Glampers will participate in a hands-on cooking experience followed by a multi-course menu with regional wine pairings. On Saturday, June 11, Brian Clevenger will cook a dinner paired with Desert Wind Winery and Duck Pond Cellars wines. And Ericka Burke will be present July 16 with Cougar Crest Winery pairings. Tickets include the multi-course meal and wine pairings. Tickets are $75 per person, and participants must be 21 years of age and older, in addition to the accommodation rate.
