Kimpton, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is set to open its third New York City hotel in late 2025. Kimpton Midtown NYC will sit in the heart of Midtown Manhattan and offer 529 guestrooms, inspired social spaces and a fitness center. The property will include two full-service restaurants, a lobby lounge and a rooftop bar, too.

Located on 48^th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues, this hotel will look down on the famed Rockefeller Center and plaza and offer additional amenities like unique meeting and social gathering spaces, Kimpton perks and programs, and pet-friendly policies.

Guests of the property will enjoy easy access to some of the city’s best landmarks like Radio City Music Hall, Central Park, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Theater District, and Fifth and Madison avenues.
