Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants recently announced plans for two new properties.

The Kimpton Buckhead is the brand’s second property in Atlanta. Opening in late 2020, the property offers more than 200 guestrooms across a historic, 1950s residential building. The luxury property includes a restaurant and bar, private pool and rooftop lounge. The property’s location in the Buckhead neighborhood gives guests access to some of Atlanta’s best shopping and dining.

A new Kimpton property in Houston is part of a mixed-use development, Laneways, near downtown Houston and part of the city’s Innovation Corridor. Guests enjoy access to nearby museum and theater districts, Minute Maid Park, Reliant Stadium and Galleria Mall. Key business locations are also close. The property plans include more than 200 guestrooms, a signature restaurant, a rooftop pool and bar and café.

Kimpton breaks ground on the property next year. The overall Laneways development covers 2.5 million square feet and encompasses residences, retail, public outdoor spaces, art galleries, bars and coffee houses.
