Travelers moving through John F. Kennedy International Airport will have a great new lounge option come 2019.
American Express will open The Centurion Lounge at JFK in Terminal 4 early next year, the 10th lounge location and largest to date.
Specific features will be announced closer to opening, but the 15,000-square-foot lounge will feature a two-level design with airfield views and exceptional amenities, including a complimentary bar and food menu; premium restrooms and shower suites; and noise-buffering workspaces.
The lounge will be located post security on the fourth-floor Departures level, which sees more than 21 million annual passengers.
The JFK lounge is the latest in a growing network including locations at airports in New York (LGA), Las Vegas (LAS), Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) and San Francisco (SFO).
Access to the lounge is complimentary and exclusive for Platinum Card members and Centurion members. Platinum Card members can enter up to two travel companions and Centurion members can enter with immediate family or up to two travel companions. Additional guest entry can be purchased for $50.
