Sweet, but strong; that’s how the staff at BOND in The Langham, Boston described one of its newest cocktail creation. Named for veteran BOND bartender Eddie McGuire’s dog Molly, the Molly McGuire is a tasty combination of Ron Zacapa rum, ginger honey syrup and fresh lemon garnished with a honey stick.
Other craft cocktails created by the BOND staff and McGuire (whose 32-year tenure behind the bar goes back to the days when The Langham, Boston was Le Meridien, and BOND was Julien) include:
