Feb. 22 is National Margarita Day, and hotels across the United States are celebrating with specialty margaritas.

The Westin Grand Cayman offers the Cayman Thyme-Infused Margarita, with tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, thyme-infused simple syrup and two dashes of grapefruit bitters. At Éilan Hotel & Spa, in San Antonio, sample the Passion Chili Margarita, made with homemade lemonade, jalapeno-infused simple syrup and passion fruit puree.

The Strawberry Basic Balsamic Margarita at The Inn at Palmetto Bluff, a Montage Resort features muddled basil leaves, Island Oasis, strawberries, lime juice, triple sec, balsamic vinegar and agave syrup. At the Montage Deer Valley, the signature drink mixes tequila with ginger, grapefruit, orange liqueur and organic agave nectar.

B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale’s Dos Caminos is serving up a Margarita Sampler, while the B Resort & Spa in Lake Buena Vista has a Margarita Thyme with mint, blackberry liqueur, lemon, lime and agave nectar.

Loews Hotels & Resorts are honoring the day with specialty drinks at hotels in California, Arizona and Minneapolis. Omni Hotels celebrating National Margarita Day include Omni Rancho Las Palmas, Omni Grove Park Inn and Omni Bedford Springs.

At Beverly Hills Hotel, sip the Primavera Margarita, made with pineapple-infused tequila, Grand Marnier, raspberries, lemon, agave and salt. Also in California, Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa offers a Wildfire Margarita, with habanero-infused tequila.

Enchantment Resort’s Prickly Pear Margarita blends tequila, lime and prickly pear puree. It’s an Early Retirement at Hotel Vermont, where the grapefruit-based margarita gets a twist with Vermont Spirits Black Snake Whiskey.
