The hotel’s new Whisky Lounge offers a selection of 72 varieties of whiskies from around the world including the exclusive Johnnie Walker Odyssey Triple Malt ($175 per shot). Other whiskies on the menu include 8-year-old Bells, 49-year-old Strathisla and 12-year-old Singleton of Dufftown.
The Whisky Bar ambiance reflects its namesake in subtle design elements: whisky decanter light fittings, cabinets showcasing whisky from around the world and club-like furniture. A whisky sommelier is on hand to offer expert guidance through the whisky menu.
