Hilton Lake Como recently unveiled a new winter culinary offering at its exclusive rooftop restaurant and bar, Terrazza 241. Executive chef Alessandro Ramella crafted the new menu to ensure each dish complemented the garden and 360-degree panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and lake. The hotel first opened in 2018, continually drawing in visitors for its gorgeous scenery, fine dining and luxury accommodations.

Terrazza 241 offers traditional Italian recipes to create an intimate atmosphere for diners. Each dish presents a modern twist on classic recipes while utilizing seasonal products to enhance the flavors of each dish. Some of the new menu additions include Raviolone Carbonaro, a puff pastry disc filled with ricotta, spinach, egg and guanciale Romano, with all of it sitting on creamy Parmesan cheese. Another exciting addition is the duck breast served with blackberries, chestnuts, chocolate sauce, currants and turnip greens for a surprising flavor combination set to amaze any diner.

Designed to showcase the scenery, the new garden and menu seek to blend the stunning views with the winter season. Collaborating with Privitera Eventi technical team, the garden was created using sustainable materials and features lighting by designer Adriana Lohnmann. Filled with colorful lights that line the shores of the lake, the garden acts as the perfect setting for any occasion. The new garden and menu also come with live music entertainment in the evening.

In addition to the winter garden and new menu, the rooftop manager of Terrazza 241, Vincenzo Sulmona, created a new culinary cocktail combining elements of drink and food for an unforgettable experience. The Sphere comprises just one of these new creations in which guests can drink and then eat the innovation. A chocolate sphere filled with a hazelnut parfait mixed with a coffee digestive, this unique concoction will surprise any guest. Another new drink, The Shape, blends citrus fruits with rum for a refreshing beverage.
