Following Hilton’s recently published 2024 Trends Report, all eyes turn to travelers seeking more innovative and seamless digital solutions to simplify their overall travel experience. The report also noted travelers want a more personalized stay, beginning with the booking process.
Hilton responded quickly to the report and focused closely on small- and medium-sized businesses, which make up 85 percent of Hilton’s business transient segment. Following the report, Hilton just announced two digital innovations slated to debut in early 2024.
Hilton for Business
Currently in test with select customers, this multi-faceted program will include a new booking website designed especially for small and medium businesses. The program will feature targeted benefits. Targeted benefits include portfolio-wide discounts, loyalty benefits, rapid onboarding and program management.
Expanded Booking Capabilities on Events.Hilton.com
Soon, customers shopping for meeting packages for up to 35 attendees can book guestrooms and meetings or event spaces (with or without 10–25 guestrooms) directly on events.hilton.com). This feature will especially be valuable to small and medium businesses needing to plan small, in-person meetings and events quickly without staff or third-party support.

The airport is long gone, but international visitors are arriving at Kai Tak again, albeit more sedately. Their cruise ships dock smoothly at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, a modern gateway designed by Sir Norman Foster.
