Hilton is partnering with companies around the world to find temporary work for displaced employees, and others in similar situations, in need of income. With the ongoing novel coronavirus crisis, Hilton is just one of the many travel companies affected.
The partnership works to find Hilton employees short-term jobs requiring their skill sets or similar who lost employment during suspended hotel services.
Hilton team members and others in the industry seeking employment during this time can find temporary employment opportunities on the Hilton Workforce Resource Center site. Partnered companies seek individuals with hospitality or similar experience, with open positions for those in the industry including Amazon, Albertsons, CVS Pharmacy, Lidl, Sunrise Senior Living and Walgreens.
Team member applicants are encouraged to visit this site for more information.
Hilton hopes to expand the program globally, as countless industry workers have been displaced during the current crisis.
Hilton plans to welcome team members back when travel resumes, but in the meantime show their support with the expedited service.
