Hilton announced the signing of three managed resorts in Mexico — Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive Resort and Conrad Tulum — furthering the company’s all-inclusive and luxury expansion plans. Hilton has more than 70 hotels open and more than 30 in the development pipeline in Mexico.

“Mexico has always been an incredibly important destination for Hilton. These new additions are one more symbol that tourism in Mexico is rebounding and it is with great pride that we continue evolving our offerings in this burgeoning market, especially in the luxury and all-inclusive segments,” said Danny Hughes, executive vice president and president, Americas, Hilton. “We are extremely proud of our new products, ongoing partnership with Parks Holdings and the resilient Team Members who are working to bring the warmth of hospitality to the new resorts entering our portfolio.”

Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort will convert in quarter four 2021. The 444-room resort features a private beach, two pools, a spa, six craft cocktail bars and seven restaurants, as well as 26,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Conrad Tulum will also join the portfolio in quarter four 2021, with Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive Resort joining in the first quarter of 2022. Each will provide brand-exclusive experiences like world-class dining and extensive recreation options. Conrad Tulum is a new build, and will have 349 luxury guestrooms and a range of amenities. Hilton Tulum’s 735 ocean-front guestrooms will complement seven dining experiences, a waterpark and a secluded beach.

Host a Fabled Business Event in Wonderful Copenhagen

I imagine that when writer Hans Christian Andersen mused, “Life itself is the most wonderful fairy tale,” he was standing at the edge of Copenhagen’s historic Tivoli Gardens, one of his favorite haunts, enlivened by the swirl of human happiness that surrounded him: children laughing; carousels spinning; games of chance played for prizes; lovers holding hands; hungry people whispering over sweets, hot drinks, beer and towering, open-faced smørrebrød, Denmark’s quintessential sandwich. That fairy tale lives on today at the second-oldest amusement park in the world, a spectacle of folly architecture, bakeries, gardens, rides, restaurants, puppet shows and joy ... and which also happens to be one of the city’s most storied places to convene for business.

Irwin’s Review

I recently dined at Irwin’s in Philadelphia. I previously visited Bok for the bar and yoga classes, and I was excited to experience the restaurant.
