Hilton Worldwide will grow its portfolio of hotels and resorts in India next year with the opening of its first Conrad Hotels & Resorts property in the country. Conrad Pune Maharashtra will be located in the Central Business District of Pune minutes from the commercial and entertainment hubs in Kalyani Nagar and government institutions in Yerwada. The hotel will feature 310 guestrooms and suites with marble baths, six dining outlets, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa and a salon. Meeting and event space includes four boardrooms, a 24-hour business center and a large ballroom, divisible into three separate rooms. Hilton’s current presence in India includes properties in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Vadodara, Pune, Goa and Shillim.
