At the Steigenberger Airport Hotel located in Amsterdam forest between city center and Schiphol Airport, each of the ground-floor conference rooms and the meeting foyer are awash in natural light. Select bays among the 266 parking spaces are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, and free shuttle service is provided to the airport and the airport railway station.

At the Vienna location, power is 100 percent hydrodynamic, and all paper (including notepads and envelopes) is constructed from acid- and chlorine-free bleached cellulose. Bees housed in the hotel’s rooftop hives produce packaged honey products, available as conference attendee gifts. Complimentary WiFi is included, and each of the seven meeting rooms (seating up to 160 attendees each), 10 suites and boardroom all offer natural daylight. Filtrated Viennese mountain spring water is included, and for a sweet touch, the organic sweets in the candy station in the conference foyer come from the nearby Zuckerlwerkstatt (Sweet Workshop).
