Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort completed phase one of its property-wide refresh, its most extensive renovation since its opening more than 30 years ago. On 40 acres of tropical gardens, phase one debuted with a newly revitalized Botero Lounge; totally revamped Napua rooms, suites and private lounges; and a transformation of ‘Ikena brunch restaurant and Loulu grab-and-go market. A renovated wellness and spa experience will debut in 2023.

Botero Lounge
Find pieces from the resort’s 900-piece outdoor art museum in the new Botero Lounge, alongside new menus boasting fresh sushi prepared live and specialty cocktails. The lounge hosts the new The Art of … series with guest-centric workshops by experts in the applicable fields.
Napua Tower
Napua is a focal point of the resort as an exclusive grouping of rooms and suites in a dedicated tower. Nina Chiappa Interiors led the refresh, inspired by an abstracted Hawai’ian theme. Napua Tower guests enjoy a private concierge and Napua Lounge with food, beverages and daily activities.

‘Ikena and Loulu
At ‘Ikena, every Saturday, enjoy a rosé brunch in partnership with Black-owned premium rosé label La Fête du Rosé. Menu items include Maui Honey Fried Chicken and Waffles, Eggs Benedict Kona Crab Cake and more.
Café-market concept Loulu serves health- and wellness-focused foods and beverages, like artisanal pizza, açai bowls and local coffee.
