Hyatt Hotels announced the opening of a 5-star Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, the third Hyatt hotel in the country and the first in South India.
The 264-room luxury hotel is located in the South Indian state of Kerala, famed for its beaches, mountains and historic spice route. All rooms and public spaces of the hotel feature views of backwaters, city skylines or landscaped gardens. The hotel has 33 Grand Suites, four Executive Suites and one Presidential Suite, in addition to three two-bedroom villas and one three-bedroom villa.
On-site dining includes the Malabar Café, an all-day modern eatery offering traditional Kerala and South Indian recipes.
The hotel also has 3,000 square metres of meeting space, including a Grand Ballroom as well as smaller, residential-style meeting rooms.
The hotel’s luxury spa, Śāntata, offers traditional Ayurvedic and contemporary spa treatments. The spa features seven treatment rooms, an indoor swimming pool, relaxation lounges, a hydrotherapy area and a 24-hour fitness centre.
The hotel also features a landscaped outdoor swimming pool and children’s pool, a waterfront amphitheatre, exploration gardens, an outdoor yoga lawn, a multipurpose court, a children’s play area, a beauty salon and three helipads.
To celebrate its opening, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is offering guests a complimentary daily breakfast, a 30-minute back massage and foot ritual and more. The offer is valid for stays through July 27.
