Fiat 500 in Italy

Feature

Hertz announced the latest addition to its popular Selezione Italia, or Italian Collection, of electric cars: a 1960s Fiat 500 Spiaggina. Designed in the image of the classics, but with the modern focus on fuel conservation and eco-friendly design, the electric Fiat 500 Spiaggina is just one in a lineup of iconic Italian cars available through Hertz Italy.

The Fiat 500 Jolly Spiaggina Icon-e is also on the docket to launch as an exclusive option, thanks to the partnership with Hertz Italy and the iconic auto design house Garage Italia.

Hertz Italy customers have the rare and incredibly stylish opportunity to rent an all-electric, modern version of a beloved classic, with a twist, just in time for summer. The Fiat 500 Icon-e design was reimagined with a playful side, including convertible top, fun colors, hand-woven seats, retrofitted mirrors and elevated vintage touches throughout.

Available beginning in early July, the launch boasts fun Italian cars with a classic look and an all-new eco-friendly side. The classic design and bespoke features showcase Italian design in a modern, thoughtful way that drivers can get excited about.

The Selezione Italia now includes the following main models:

  • Abarth 595 Competizione e Turismo
  • Abarth 124 Spider
  • Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
  • Alfa Romeo Stelvio
  • Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce
  • Alfa Romeo 4C

  • Fiat 500 Jolly “Spiaggina” Icon-e by Garage Italia
