Four Seasons plans to open Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Minneapolis in early 2022. The new, 34-story building sits at the top of Nicollet Mall, a pedestrian thoroughfare a few blocks from the Mississippi River. The property is situated in the North Loop neighborhood, near shopping, dining, arts, culture and entertainment.

The property plans include 222 guestrooms, a restaurant and bar, a spa complex, 31 private residences and a pool deck overlooking downtown.
