The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale is under construction as of two weeks ago. The development promises 130 luxury guestrooms and 90 private residences. The property is a collaboration with Fort Partners.

“We commissioned a team of global minds to create an exemplary hotel and residential property unlike any other in Fort Lauderdale,” said Nadim Ashi, founder, Fort Partners. “Four Seasons is defining Fort Lauderdale as a global destination and is capturing an international audience. We are committed to developing a world-class hotel and lifestyle.”

The 22-story oceanfront property includes guestrooms on floors four through 11 and residences starting on floor five. Common spaces include a third-floor oceanfront terrace with pool and cabanas, Four Seasons spa, fitness center and children’s program. The oceanfront terrace provides an all-day restaurant, pool bar, lounge and outdoor cafe.

Residences range from 780 to more than 6,000 square feet, with penthouses and Sky Homes on the top floors. Residents receive access to full services and hotel amenities, as well as a dedicated concierge, butler and pet concierge.

“Four Seasons will manage both the Hotel and Private Residences, delivering our world-class service to guests and to our homeowners on a permanent basis. This is what will set us apart in Fort Lauderdale and will establish this property as the best luxury lifestyle experience in the city,” said J. Allen Smith, president and CEO, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
