Dubai-based flydubai announced plans to launch a business-class cabin across its network of 60 destinations. The new cabin will feature 12 seats with a seat pitch of 42 inches, its own cabin crew, priority check-in and new facilities at Terminal 2 in Dubai International Airport (DXB). The airline will receive its first aircraft with a business-class cabin in August and its inaugural flight is scheduled for October. “We are very pleased to announce the evolution of our passenger offering as we continue to meet the travel needs of our customers,” said Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of flydubai. “The introduction of business class will provide greater choice for our passengers, who will have access to faster check-in services, comfortable and spacious seating and can enjoy a variety of internationally-inspired menus during their journey.”
