Emaar Hospitality Group announced plans for four new hotels in Dubai under its luxury brands, Address Hotels + Resorts and Vida Hotels and Resorts. An additional hotel is planned via a joint venture with Meraas for a new mid-scale contemporary property.
“The five new hotel openings further cement our competencies as the leading homegrown hospitality provider, welcoming visitors from around the world with a diverse portfolio of hotels that meet their lifestyle aspirations. The new hotels also strengthen our role as the Official Hospitality & Hotel Partner of Expo 2020 Dubai,” said Chris Newman, COO, Emaar Hospitality Group.
The new hotels include Address Fountain Views, Address Sky View, Vida The Hills, Vida Harbour Point and Rove At The Park. All are now available for booking.
Address Fountain Views offers nearly 200 guestrooms and suites across three towers and direct access to The Dubai Mall. Address Sky View offers 169 guestrooms in two towers. Both are located in downtown Dubai.
Vida Harbour Point in Dubai Creek Harbour is close to Dubai International Airport and includes 275 guestrooms. Vida The Hills sits in the Emirates Hills neighborhood, near Emirates Golf Club.
Rove At The Park is situated within Dubai Parks and Resorts, offering perfect access to the three theme parks within. The nearly 600 guestrooms are ideal for families.
