Fairmont Golden Prague, recently opened in April, now welcomes guests with a range of culinary experiences. The six on-site restaurants and bars offer distinct concepts.
“Every concept at Fairmont Golden Prague is designed to spark emotion, whether it’s nostalgia, wonder, or delight,” said Gerhard Struger, managing director, Fairmont Golden Prague. “We’ve created dining spaces that are as inspiring as they are welcoming, where every detail tells a story and every bite is a celebration of Prague’s evolving cultural identity.”

Zlatá Praha
Zlatá Praha offers a rooftop dining experience celebrating modern Czech cuisine and led by Michelin-starred Chef Maroš Jambor. Elevated dishes include cured arctic char with cucumber and a buttermilk-horseradish sauce; poached sturgeon with caramelized cream and fennel; and honey roasted duck with summer lettuce leaves, wild garlic capers and jus gras.
Greenhouse
On the ground floor, Greenhouse, a modern gastro pub, pays tribute to Czech beer culture. Chef de Cuisine Alexandr Vraný brings an all-day menu that highlights wood-fired meats, Czech classics and vegan options.

Golden Eye
Golden Eye, another rooftop destination, combines mixology and bold Asian flavors. Signature cocktails include the Bonsai, made with Becherovka Original, Thai basil, cucumber and Veuve Clicquot Brut, served alongside shareable Asian dishes.
Kafta Brasserie
Art-inspired Kafka Brasserie, named not for famed writer Franz Kafka, but artist Čestmír Kafka, is especially known for its elevated breakfast. Guests can enjoy breakfast dishes like Czech hemenex with fried eggs, ham and spring onion; classic French toast topped with caramel and berries; and more.

It was known as the “Kai Tak heart attack” — the thrilling, terrifying final approach into Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Airport. The airport is long gone, but international visitors are arriving at Kai Tak again, albeit more sedately. Their cruise ships dock smoothly at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, a modern gateway designed by Sir Norman Foster.
