A new luxury bundle from The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, gives guests the opportunity to enjoy its newly reopened restaurant Amber and three new culinary concepts. The luxury accommodation experience is available as the Great Gourmet Escape, May 15–Dec. 31.

With two Michelin stars, Amber is a revered culinary favorite since its 2005 opening. It recently received a redesign, with refreshed interiors following the overall renovation of the hotel’s rooms and suites in 2016. The restaurant’s new look is revealed to the public for the first time this month.

“Taking a progressive, considered approach to fine dining, our intention for the new Amber menu is to push creative boundaries, amplify natural flavors and present ingredients in their purest form. We look forward to presenting our new dishes and welcoming guests through the doors soon,” said Chef Richard Ekkebus.

In addition to Amber’s re-opening, the hotel also debuts three new dining venues. SOMM is an all-day dining restaurant with more than 100 wines and sakes cultivated by an expert sommelier team. Sushi Shikon is limited to eight diners at once; Master Chef Masahiro Yoshitake, the first three Michelin-starred Japanese chef in Hong Kong, created the concept. Lastly, Kappo Rin is a counter dining experience with a modern Japanese menu.

The Great Gourmet Escape bundle requires a minimum two-night stay and includes Landmark Suite accommodations, a daily Champagne breakfast, a seven-course dinner for two and late check-out. Priority reservations are available at Sushi Shikon and Kappo Rin.
