Since the age of 14, twice-Michelin-starred Chef Niclas Nussbaumer has been training to deliver only the highest caliber dining experience. The efforts paid off: Feinschmecker, Germany’s leading gourmet magazine, has honored him with the accolade “Chef of the Year.”

Travelers to Frankfurt, Germany, can experience Nussbaumer’s kitchen magic firsthand at The Florentin, set to open Nov. 1.
