Dallas in Three Days

Day 1

Arrive in the early afternoon at Dallas Love Field Airport and head to Fairmont Dallas for check-in. Fairmont Dallas is located in the heart of Dallas’s Downtown Art District, perfect for exploring. Once you are all settled in, head out. Start at The Sixth Floor Museum and the location of JFK’s assassination. The Sixth Floor Museum provides you with a little more information on what happened the day of the assassination; you can even see the exact spot he was shot. Next, head to the George W. Bush Presidential Center for more presidential history.

Day 2

Since your hotel is in the Downtown Dallas Art District, spend the day exploring art. Start off at Dallas Art Museum. The museum features pieces showcasing different cultures, time periods and more. While in the Art District, make sure to stop by the giant eyeball sculpture. Next, head to Fair Park, which features tons of sculptures, museums and even a Ferris wheel. Before the sun sets, head up Reunion Tower to catch the best views of Dallas. While there, snag a table at Fifty Sixty Restaurant for dinner with a view.

Day 3

Before heading back to the airport, stop at Dallas Farmers Market for some breakfast. If you are looking for fresh ingredients and even better taste, eat at Beyond the Butcher for ranch-to-table dining.

Hôtel de Sers Reopens in Paris

Hôtel de Sers, part of the B Signature Hotels & Resorts portfolio, was once the private mansion of Henri-Léopold Charles, Marquis de Sers. Located within the illustrious Triangle d’Or, close to the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne, the property’s refined décor and original Haussmannian architectural elements have been carefully preserved. These include a spectacular marble staircase and the structure’s original carriage entrance, along with period features such as wrought-iron details and magnificent moldings and ceilings of the original salon de réception.
