EVA Air won two airline excellence awards last week.
The airline, a member of the SkyTeam alliance, ranked eighth in a list of the World’s Top 10 Airlines for 2019 and was also recognized as the best Long Haul Airline in Asia and the Pacific. The recognition comes from AirlineRatings.com.
“EVA’s innovation has resulted in exceptional performance in market position, customer service, financial performance, and operational safety,” said Geoffrey Thomas, editor in chief and publisher, AirlineRatings.com.
AirlineRatings.com keeps tabs on more than 430 airlines and tabulates ratings using a 7-star rating system. Analysis focuses on comfort, innovation and more.
“This kind of recognition and support inspires us to continually innovate, improve and upgrade our services and products.
