Starting in December, first-class passengers on Delta’s flight from Bogota to New York-JFK and Atlanta, will have a choice of four main dinner entrees such as seared beef tenderloin with a béarnaise sauce and risotto gremolata, roasted chicken breast with artichokes and red peppers, bucatini pasta, marinara sauce with olives and fresh mozzarella, or a cold plate of beef tenderloin and seared scallops.
In addition to the main entrée, first-class customers will be treated to warm nuts, an appetizer, fresh salad, fruit, cheese and ice cream sundaes.
The wine list has also been expanded to include selections by Delta’s Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson.
Delta is also upgrading its in-flight entertainment system. First-class customers will have a choice of in-seat movies, prerecorded television programs, games, and music. Each seat features an electrical outlet and USB port for charging laptop computers and other personal electronics.
