Ennismore, a lifestyle hospitality company, recently announced a new chapter for Delano hotels, with the signings of Delano SoHo New York and Delano London ahead of the highly anticipated reopening of the original Delano Miami Beach.

Delano Miami Beach
The iconic Delano Miami Beach property will reopen its doors in early 2026, presenting a reimagined experience in the heart of South Beach. The new design pays tribute to the building’s Art Deco roots through careful preservation of key historical features. With 171 guestrooms and suites, Delano Miami Beach will also be home to four distinctive restaurant and bar concepts.
Delano SoHo, New York
Delano SoHo New York will be a social enclave on Spring Street in Hudson Square. In the space currently known as The Dominick hotel, Delano SoHo New York will offer 390 guestrooms and suites in a 46-story tower.
Delano London
Nearby Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, Delano London is set to open in late 2026. The interiors will be layered, textural and sensual, beginning in the lobby lounge, centered around a fireplace, a curated library and retail space. The hotel’s 67 guestrooms and suites will be joined by a ground-floor restaurant and Miami’s legendary Rose Bar, set to make its London debut.
At Delano, dedicated wellness and retail spaces are also woven into all properties.
