According to a new survey from Travel Leaders Group, the top up-and-coming luxury destination for the coming year is Cuba. Following close behind are the United Arab Emirates, African safaris, Iceland and Antarctica. When travel agents were asked as part of the survey to reveal their luxury travel bookings thus far for 2016, 86 percent admitted their bookings are higher or even with what they saw in 2015. The new trends they’re seeing the most? A large increase in luxury, European river cruise bookings and just as many travelers booking multigenerational travel and customized itineraries.
