The ESPA Mindful Facial combines modern formulas with herbal poultices to rejuvenate skin and calm the mind. The Mindful Breathing & Meditation session is inspired by pranayama and yoga and prevents tension and trains the mind to relax. The treatment teaches participants to function at a deeper level of awareness while encouraging positive thoughts and feelings. Techniques learned are used to break bad habits, combat exhaustion and jet lag and strengthen the immune system. A bespoke treatment, the Mindful Sleep experience relieves muscular tension with a personalized massage incorporating hot stones and oil. The last two Mindfulness therapies engage high-energy fitness training and yoga sessions for either individuals or a group. The Park Power session includes aerobic exercise, jogging, stretching and walking with a personal trainer in St. James Park.
