Scottsdale’s award-winning Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain unveils new contemporary suites and casitas designed to highlight breathtaking views of the Arizona desert this spring. Decorated with an elegant, neutral color palette, the new guestrooms feature nature-inspired details and desert-inspired artwork reflecting the beauty of Paradise Valley.
Measuring 500 square feet, the expansive Camelback Casitas feature large tile flooring, a separate seating area with table and comfortable chairs, layered lighting options, a dry bar and custom-designed wood furnishings. In addition to separate oversized tubs and a tiled shower, bathrooms offer lit vanity mirrors and a skylight.
Both the 1,000-square-foot one-bedroom Camelback Suites and the 1,500-square-foot two-bedroom Camelback Suites feature a living and dining area with inviting seating options. Guests can enjoy views of the landscape on the patio and unwind on a cool desert evening with the wood-burning fireplace and dry bar.
As part of its renovation efforts, Sanctuary will also debut a new Spa House. Slated to welcome guests in early 2016, Sanctuary’s new Spa House will offer guests a distinct wellness retreat, including a movement studio.
Perched on Camelback Mountain, the 53-acre luxury resort offers guests a variety of opportunities to unwind and rejuvenate in the desert, including an Asian-inspired spa with a relaxing meditation garden and a watsu pool, as well as tennis, hiking and an infinity pool.
