From Aug. 8 to 12, readers and wellness writers will converge in Tucson at Canyon Ranch to discuss, share and speculate together in a setting designed to encourage growth.

The all-inclusive retreat includes complete access to the spa and fitness facilities; daily programs with respected experts in the mind, body and fitness space; and unlimited meals, snacks and beverages. In addition, participants can choose from a selection of more than 35 daily wellness classes and take part in author-hosted hikes, cooking demonstrations, fitness activities and other offerings embracing wellness. A daily service credit allows for relaxing self-care choices for facials and body therapies.
Planned events will include live podcasts, speaker panels and discussions on trending topics related to holistic wellness. Among the authors-in-residence on hand during the event are Melissa Urban, CEO and co-founder, Whole30; Yumma Jawad, cookbook author and founder of Feel Good Foodie; Amy Brown, co-host of The Bobby Bones Show; Dr. Sue Varma, author of Practical Optimism: The Art, Science and Practice of Exceptional Well-Being; and Martinus Evans of the Slow AF Run Club.
