This month a new hotel opens in Santorini that will stand as the “pinnacle of luxury” in the fishing town of Ammoudi.

Canaves Oia Epitome plans to live up to the country’s longstanding reputation for hospitality. The new luxury hotel will be the fifth property in the Canaves Oia Luxury Resorts’ portfolio. The hotel will feature 24 villas, each with its own plunge pool, private pool or access to an infinity main pool. A breakfast and sunset restaurant and terraces are also available to guests.

The hotel design is inspired by the typical traditional Cycladic architecture found all over Greece and Europe, utilizing natural and earthy materials combined with modern design.

The hotel is within walking distance of Oia’s Katharos beach, and about half a mile from the main village. The hotel is the only property on the island to offer sea views from the privacy of each room.

Amenities of the hotel include a fitness area, a boutique, a personalized butler service, Champagne breakfasts and daily yoga sessions. Lavish honeymoon suites and family/two-bedroom villas with private cabanas are available for bookings.

Greek dishes are served at the breakfast and sunset restaurant crafted by renowned chef Tasos Stefatos. Plates such as beef carpaccio, grilled grouper and fresh lobster with chilled white wine can be enjoyed.

Epitome is also walking distance from Katharos Beach and the airport.
