In Terminal B at Boston Logan International Airport there is a little area just beyond security where travelers can have a coffee at Starbucks and enjoy other snacks. The only issue I encountered with the area involved the chairs; they make a terrible sound when pulled in and out of the tables. This noise, a screeching and bloodcurdling sound, continues as long people are sitting in the area. Logan may not be aware of a solution for this noise: chair leg caps. Google the term to learn more. The experience I had sitting there was not exactly a treat right after Carlos, a flight attendant on an aircraft I just traveled on, slammed an overhead locker several times to close it before he figured out it was broken.
