At our office in Yardley, we are lucky to be surrounded by many interesting places to go to eat. From Indian to Mediterranean, Chinese to Thai, some days it’s hard just figuring out what you want to eat. There is one place in particular I enjoy eating more than the rest — Shady Brook Farm.

Shady Brook is not only a great place to find all of your gardening needs, but they also have a sit-down dining area and deli. The deli counter carries some great products, so I usually go with a hoagie.

Once we are done eating and because of its proximity to the office, we usually take a walk around and look at the trees and flowers they have for sale. Last time we were there we walked out back and discovered a chicken coop with a plethora of differently colored chickens. My coworker dared me to pet one, and I took her up on that bet.

Overall, Shady Brook is one of my favorite places to eat, not only for the food but for the great environment, interesting things to do and delicious food.
