Last week, some of the FXExpress Publications, Inc., team went to New York for the 2022 Leisure Lifestyle Awards and Wherever Awards. The event was hosted at the Lotos Club in Manhattan. We had guests from all over join us to celebrate our winners.
The event was held on the second floor of the Lotos Club. It is a beautiful setting for an event; we were able to use the Ballroom, the Library and the space in between the two rooms. As guests started to arrive, they were able to mingle and enjoy some drinks and hors d’oeuvres. When the winners arrived, they were ushered to take their headshots with an award and then joined the other guests in mingling.
My job as the social media coordinator was to capture the highlights of the awards and share it with our followers. I spent the night walking around the event taking pictures of the space, the winning awards, guests, the band and more.
Once all the guests and acceptees arrived, everyone gathered in the Ballroom for the presentation. Francis X. Gallagher, CEO & Publisher, started his speech to announce and congratulate the winners. The presentation went really well, and all the acceptees were excited to accept the awards on behalf of their companies.
After the presentation wrapped up, people stayed around to mingle, congratulate the winners and enjoy a dessert and drinks before the night was over.
Overall, the event went off without a hitch, and everyone involved did an amazing job. Congratulations to all the winners, and a big shout out to the FXExpress team on throwing another amazing event!
