In mid-September, Banyan Tree Group and Ennismore sealed the deal with Dubai Holding to bring a new Banyan Tree property to Bluewaters, Dubai. This multi-staged project will welcome new brands to Dubai, beginning with the opening of Banyan Tree Dubai this November.

The new property will replace the existing Caesars Palace Dubai and include 179 guestrooms, as well as 30 suites and a brand-new four-bedroom villa with its own private entrance and pool. One of the focal points of the new property includes its wellness offerings via the signature Banyan Tree Spa. The spa will boast its own reception, relaxation area, gym and indoor and outdoor yoga spaces. The spa will even have its own dedicated food and beverage space, private mini rainforests, hydrotherapy pools and treatment rooms.

Five restaurants and bars, each carefully curated, bring guests a diversity of culinary experiences. Additionally, Banyan Tree Dubai will house 96 private residences of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units, complete with a dedicated lobby, outdoor swimming pool and access to hotel facilities.
