This year has already been a record-breaking one for Banyan Group and with the second half of the year officially underway, the hospitality brand reveals what else is in store for 2025.

This November, the brand will debut its 100^th hotel with Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree in Singapore. Also opening later this year is the brand’s first safari resort. Deepening its presence in Africa, Ubuyu, A Banyan Tree Escape will be an eco-luxury retreat with rare access to Ruaha National Park in Tanzania.

Earlier this year, Banyan Group celebrated 20 years of hospitality in China, as well as new openings in the country, like Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay, Angsana Zhousham, Dhawa Beihai Wiezhou Island, Homm Wenzhou Naxjiang and Homm Hengqin. Banyan also had its 30^th anniversary in the Maldives, its first property opening in the island nation in 1995.

Across Southeast Asia, Banyan also opened properties this year, including Garrya Mu Cang Chai in Vietnam, the first Garrya property in the country. Later this year, Banyan will expand its Homm presence in the Philippines with Homm Mandaue Cebu. Banyan Tree Beach Residences Oceanus also recently launched in Laguna Phuket, offering 16 exclusive beachfront homes with access to a private club, BDMS wellness services and more.

And the sales launch of Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences marks the group’s first residential development in Europe.
