Adding to Diriyah’s already impressive collection of luxury properties slated to emerge in the coming years, Armani Hotel is the latest hotel to join the group. Armani Hotels & Resorts and Diriyah Gate Development Authority recently announced plans for a signature Armani Hotel to grace the city of Diriyah in Saudi Arabia.

The new Armani hotel will feature 70 luxuriously designed rooms, two restaurants and a high-end spa. Suites will include their own spas and swimming pools, and the property will offer an array of wellness, hospitality and relaxation experiences. Developed by Diriyah in collaboration with Giorgio Armani and his in-house interior design team and architects, the property will blend Armani hospitality with the unique architecture and landscape of the region.

“This is a pioneering project that was borne from rediscovering Saudi Arabia’s roots: a dialogue between history and the present that I find very fascinating,” said Giorgio Armani. “Armani Hotel Diriyah allows me to interpret my idea of lifestyle and hospitality in a particularly subtle and embracing way. After celebrating the tenth anniversary of the opening of the Armani Hotels in Milan and Dubai, I am ready to take on this exciting new challenge.”
