Alaska Airlines just introduced the first non-alcoholic beer to join its premium beverage lineup, in time for Dry January. Partnering with Best Day Brewing, Alaska Airlines now offers first-class and premium-class guests Best Day Brewing Kölsch on a complimentary basis.

The drink will also be available for purchase in the main cabin on flights with full beverage service. Best Day Brewing is proud to claim its Kölsch ranks as the No. 1 selling non-alcoholic Kölsch in the United States. Blending a crisp and toasty malt flavor, the drink also has added benefits of being non-GMO, Kosher and vegan.

Originating from the San Francisco Bay area, Best Day Brewing embraces both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

The new offering expands on the airline’s wide variety of West Coast brands featured on Alaska Airlines’ in-fight menu. Other great West Coast options include Stumptown Coffee, Evergreen’s salads, Beecher’s cheese, Tillamook Cheese and Salt & Straw.

The recent addition is only one of the latest in a string of big news for the airline. Last week, Alaska Airlines acquired Hawaiian Airlines in a $1.9 billion deal.
