Just in time for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Air France announced plans for its new U.S. gateway, launching non-stop service between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris in May 2024.
“Adding non-stop service to Paris is a major milestone that demonstrates our commitment to providing convenient and efficient travel options to and from Phoenix,” said Mayor Kate Gallego. “As our city continues to grow and become a destination for booming industries, I’m confident that direct service to Paris will unlock exciting possibilities for exploration and new business opportunities.”
The route takes off May 23, on a Boeing 787-900 Dreamliner, operating three days a week for the summer season. Flights take off Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. The Dreamliner will boast a three-class configuration, with 30 business-class seats, 21 in premium economy and 228 economy-class seats. Flights depart Paris at 10:10 a.m., arriving in Phoenix at 12:10 p.m., then depart PHX at 2:10 p.m. for a 9:15 a.m. arrival in Paris the next day.
