Aer Lingus will expand its trans-Atlantic service with new routes and extra flights on existing routes starting September of next year.
The airline will launch a three-times weekly service to Miami (MIA) on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. It will also increase its Los Angeles (LAX) flight to a daily service starting in the summer, and the Dublin (DUB) to Orlando (MCO) route will increase to four times a week. There’s also going to be an increase on the Chicago (ORD) route, which will be a double daily service.
Aer Lingus currently flies trans-Atlantic routes to Boston (BOS), Chicago, New York (JFK), Orlando, San Francisco (SFO), Washington, D.C. (IAD) and Toronto (YYZ) via Dublin and Boston and New York via Shannon(SNN), as well as new routes to Los Angeles, Newark (EWR) and Hartford (BDL), which started earlier this year.
The Irish airline will also add two new European destinations to its summer schedule starting next year: Porto, Portugal (OPO), and Split, Croatia (SPU). And it will extend its winter route from Dublin to Fuerteventura (FUE) during the summer schedule next year.
