A new project is set to redefine the meaning of sanctuary on the Miami River. CASA NEOS brings 30,000 square feet of ultra-luxe, multiuse hospitality to the region this fall, complete with two world-class restaurants; an exclusive members’ beach club; and a four-suite, 5-star boutique hotel. This two-floor Mediterranean restaurant, already open, brings guests on a multisensory journey through the sights and sounds of the Aegean Islands. Chef Michaël Michaelidis, boasting 26 Michelin stars worth of experience, helms this restaurant, bringing the freshest and highest-quality ingredients to guests.

Coming this fall, the third floor of this site will be home to CASA NEOS Boutique Hotel. The hotel draws inspiration from the four core elements of Mother Nature, each suite having its own identity: GAIA, TERRA, AURA and LUNA. Muted tones, natural surfaces and original artwork grace the spaces. Suites boast panoramic views of the Miami River, king-sized beds, full bathrooms with rainfall showers and extensive outdoor terraces.

First-class service is a priority at this designated, members-only riverfront escape. This club features a saltwater pool with a wooden deck, oversized parasols, plush sunbeds, deluxe private cabanas, cocktails, elevated bottle service, and a full menu of Mediterranean-inspired bites and sushi rolls. The co-branded, 45-foot MM boat in partnership with Vanquish Yachts will also be available for members to use.

The final stop of the CASA NEOS adventure is this rooftop escape paying homage to Moroccan and North African cultures through hypnotic music, vibrant cuisine and an upscale ambiance. Also opening this fall, NOORA offers skyline views and dishes with flavor profiles and traditions of Lebanon, Türkiye and Morocco. Dishes heavily feature aromatic, toasted spices like cumin, paprika and coriander seeds enhanced with sweet hints of honey and rich notes of saffron.
