Grace Bay Club was the first property on Providenciales to offers all-suite accommodations. Each of the 82 suites is oceanfront, with a veranda or patio and plenty of space to spread out for couples, families or groups of friends. I stayed in one of the villas, so my driver took me directly to a small, dedicated reception area outside with a desk and several chairs. I was greeted with a cool towel and a rum punch. After a brief check-in process, I was escorted to my villa.
My villa suite had three bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, as well as a full modern kitchen, open-concept dining room and living room, veranda and private plunge pool. It was adjacent to the Villa Pool and just a short walk from the regular hotel pool and beach. Other villa amenities include a personal concierge, always accessible by complimentary mobile phone, on-site KidsTown children’s program, American breakfast daily in restaurant, WiFi, local and long-distance calls, non-motorized water sport equipment and pool and beach setup daily. The villa suites are family-friendly; if you are seeking a more relaxed stay, the suites in the hotel building are adults-only. Finally, you’ll find a luxe experience in The Estate or the Private Villa Collection; the latter are located about 10 minutes from the resort.
Infiniti Restaurant & Raw Bar is the place for waterfront dining on Provo. Hanging wicker globe lamps cast a warm glow over the space after dark, and all of the tables have a waterfront view. Start with mahi-mahi carpaccio with cachaça dressing, then grilled local lobster or strawberry grouper. Afterwards, grab a seat at Infiniti Bar, the longest bar in the Caribbean with a center stone-filled section spanning the entire length that’s aflame in the evening. The Grill is a more casual spot for breakfast or lunch; catch it on Tuesdays when the restaurant hosts a beach barbecue buffet. Krave at The Estate offers elevated Caribbean fusion cuisine, but is open to all resort guests, and a poolside and swim-up bar features more than 40 kinds of rum. Think conch and orange salad with habanero, lime-crusted Dungeness crab cakes and Creole sides like Johnny cakes. Most fun of all is the resort’s latest dining concept: a pop-up taco and rosé shack right on the beach where you can nosh on tacos filled with anything from Yellowfin tuna to lamb to pork belly while dipping your toes in the sand.
Turks & Caicos is world-famous for its gorgeous beaches. Grace Bay Club has 1,100 feet of beach space, and I can say the beach is one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen: powdery sand, a debris-free shoreline and calm, turquoise water, depending on the time of day and the tides. Attendants are at the ready to set up chairs and an umbrella or you can lounge on a daybed.
The main hotel pool and Jacuzzi are reserved for guests at least 16 years old, while the Villa Pool welcomes swimmers of all ages and also has a hot tub. Give your phone to a friend and have them take your photo in the hotel pool, whose clear front wall allows for cool shots for Instagram. Stand-up paddleboards, snorkeling equipment and kayaks are available. There are also other activities like golf, fishing, diving, sailing and yoga.
Finally, you can retreat to Anani Spa for a custom massage, massage for two in a cabana on the beach or one of many different facials featuring Elemis products.

The 1969 Woodstock Music and Art Fair was one of the first major music festivals to offer on-site camping, allowing attendees to remain immersed in the experience without ever leaving the grounds. These days, vast stretches of summer farmland east and west of the festival site are still transformed each summer into a cultural wonderland, offering bazaars, arts and crafts, music and educational events, and camping sites, providing festival-goers with a peaceful escape into nature and allowing visitors today to experience the same landscape that welcomed 450,000 people during the iconic 1969 Woodstock Festival event.
