New to the exclusive Oetker family of luxury properties, Jumby Bay Island marks the 10th addition to the brand’s exclusive portfolio. Designed as a 300-acre private island resort, Jumby Bay is just two miles from Antigua in the West Indies, with 40 rooms and suites and 50 individually designed villas and estate home rentals, each fully staffed. The villas and estates offer up to nine bedrooms each, with most providing direct, private access to the beach.
The already established resort comes under the Oetker umbrella in time for the fall/winter 2017–18 season, with three beaches, three restaurants, a full-service luxury spa, fitness facilities, two swimming pools and five tennis courts. A range of watersports can be enjoyed, and Camp Jumby for kids keeps them busy with music, art, wildlife and nature tours, cooking classes and ziplining in the forest.
