Ultra-luxury cruise line Seabourn launched a web app for guests, Seabourn Source, offering them the opportunity to access intuitive, up-to-the-minute information regarding their voyage.
Cruise guests can access Seabourn Source on their smartphones, tablets and laptops to instantly review daily activity and entertainment schedules; browse menus and meal times for dining venues; track port times, including arrivals and departures; learn about onboard spa treatments and wellness classes; book shore excursions; and connect to satellite internet.
“Intuitive, personalized service is at the core of Seabourn, and the launch of Seabourn Source represents another example of our goal to continue to provide a smooth and seamless service for our guests to enjoy,” said Gerald Mosslinger, vice president of hotel operations, Seabourn. “Seabourn Source will enhance our guests’ onboard and shoreside experience, allowing them to easily navigate and identify the information they need to plan their days and nights with just a few clicks on their personal device.”
Guests simply connect to the internet via onboard WiFi, open the browser on a mobile device and the app will open automatically.
