Oceania Cruises is going to be the only upscale cruise line to homeport in New York City. The cruise line has more than 20 planned voyages beginning in 2017. The sailings will depart from Manhattan’s convenient West Side cruise terminal at 48th Street.
The luxurious Insignia will offer an intriguing array of round-trip voyages to New England, Canada, Bermuda, Greenland and Iceland. The cruise line has included an extraordinary roster of overnight port calls in New York City, N.Y.; Charleston, S.C.; Reykjavík, Iceland; St. George, Bermuda; and Hamilton, Bermuda. The itineraries have been crafted to offer unique opportunities for culinary, historical and cultural immersion.

The 2017 voyage highlights include: Cottages, Coves and Coasts, 10 days, and Seaside Medley, 11 days, from New York to Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Nova Scotia, Bermuda and back to New York; Capitals and Coastlines, 10 days from New York to Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Québec; and North Atlantic Seafarer, 15 days from Iceland to Greenland, Nova Scotia, Massachusetts and New York.
