The newest luxury property in Manhattan is the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. The property plans to open its doors Oct. 17, and guests can make reservations online for stays this fall and winter. It is the second Four Seasons property in the city and will host the first Manhattan-based restaurant under Chef Wolfgang Puck. The restaurant, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, is a steakhouse also located at The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel. The dining room fits 86 guests, plus 32 in its lounge and 10 at the bar. A separate, private dining room accommodates up to 31 guests. The Spa at Four Seasons offers a 75-foot lap pool lined with two-story windows. Seven treatment rooms plus a luxury couple’s suite are all designed with a light color palette and organic lines. The accompanying fitness center is open 24/7. The 185 guestrooms include 28 suites with a residential style. The average guestroom measures 400 square feet and includes a small living space with a sofa, leather chair and table. The in-room pantries and minibars are filled with local food and beverages. Modern technology makes customizing rooms to fit guest needs easy.
