Hilton Head Health invites guests to embrace the cooler seasons with an exciting lineup of exclusive wellness events and new spa treatments promoting good health and healthy skin at its newly unveiled Indigo Spa.
To help guests relax and rejuvenate in order to look and feel their best before the start of the hectic holiday season, Indigo Spa offers two new programs.
The spa’s Neuromuscular Therapy Lunch provides participants with a feast of tasty, healthy food as well as information about neuromuscular therapy. Hilton Head Health will provide a lunchtime lecture on NMT focusing on specific massages, flexibility and self-care to eliminate the causes of neuromuscular pain patterns on Tuesdays throughout November. The price is $30, including lunch and lecture.
The Fine Lines, Fine Wines event includes delectable wine as well as a background on skin care and advice on how to get rid of and prevent fine lines and wrinkles from a licensed esthetician. Taking place on three Thursdays throughout November, the program costs $30.
New fall-inspired treatments from the boutique, luxury spa include Soul to Sole, featuring an exfoliating body scrub, body clay and a relaxing face massage with mini facial treatment; Surge of Radiance Anti-Oxidizing Facial, an organic facial by Red Flower to reveal radiant skin through exfoliation with bioactive peat enzymes and antioxidant-rich berries; and Winter Wanderlust, including a gentle exfoliation, therapeutic massage and facial acupressure massage employing a collection of scents that capture the essence of the season.
